In chapter 385, I introduced some photos that Dad took when I met some animal statues.

This time, I'd like to show you some additional photos of animal statues that he took in Tsukuba city.

The following photos are from when we went to see the giraffe at Nanairokomachi.

“Nanairokomachi'' is a small town-like area with an obstetrics and gynecology clinic called “Nanairo Ladies Clinic”. The area is made up of an “outpatient building,'' an “inpatient building,'' a “community building,'' an “annex building,'' and a brick-colored “komichi (path)'' that connects these buildings.

The giraffe statue has been standing there for some time. But due to construction work on the playground equipment, we couldn’t enter. Recently, construction work was finished, so we went to see the giraffe.

① We’ve arrived at “Nanairokomachi.'' "NANAIRO" is written on
the wall.

② I am in front of the community building. The exterior walls are made of Western red cedar siding in an American style.

③ There is a giraffe. I’ll get closer.

④ Mr. Giraffe's neck is too long for his head to fit in the photo.

⑤ This time, too, the giraffe's head is not included in the photo.

⑥ The giraffe's head finally fits in the photo.

⑦ This is a bear in Matsushiro Park.

⑧ These are Mongolian goats in front of Doho Park.

⑨ This is a gremlin in the Ias Tsukuba shopping mall. I’m wondering if gremlins are animals.

⑩ I’ve found a wonderful animal on the wall of a recently built house. This is Mr. Elephant.

⑪ This is a duck.

⑫ There are two ducks.

⑬ This is a duckling.

⑭ This is the third duck.

⑮ This is the second elephant. In total, there are 2 elephants and 3 ducks.
