I went to Hitokotonushi Shrine (一言主神社) in Joso City.
"Hitokoto" means "one word" in Japanese. Therefore, that's all for this chapter.
① I’ve arrived at Hitokotonushi shrine. It is said that 150,000 people come for their New Year's visit every year.
② The worship hall comes into view.
③I am in Mom's arms and praying.
④This is a sacred tree. There are a lot of tall trees in the precincts.
⑤I’m walking near the sacred tree.
⑥ It is a very old Sudajii tree.
⑦I am at the foot of Sudajii tree.
⑧Next to the chozu (手水), there is a goldfish bowl into which the water from the chozu is dropping.
※Choze is a place for washing your hands and rinsing your mouth before praying at a shrine or a temple.
⑨I’ll go home soon.
