In this chapter, I'd like to introduce some stone spirits at Goshokomagataki Shrine.
A stone spirit named “Ishio-san'' was on display at the Takaku family residence during the Doll's Festival in Makabe Town in 2023.
In chapter 279, I introduced the Takaku house, but unfortunately, on the day of our visit, the Takaku house was not open, so I couldn't meet "Ishio-san".
Here, I'll show you some stone spirits in order of face type, lantern type, and animal type.

northern limit of mandarin orange cultivation.
㉞ These are Makabe clan's 40 Gorinto (五輪塔, or, five-ringed stupa, or tombstones), which are collectively designated as a historic site by the prefecture. They are at Henshoin Shotokuji (遍照院正得寺), which is next to Goshokomadaki Shrine.
