（９１）　ｎｉｇｈｔ　ｗａｌｋ

The winter solstice of 2021 is on December 22nd, but the earliest sunset seems to be around December 3rd. In other words, about two weeks before the winter solstice, the sun sets the earliest.

I take a short walk after supper if possible, so that I can lose weight, but in December, it gets darker and darker after supper.

Recently, Dad got a battery-powered ultra-compact floodlight that is a little brighter than a flashlight, so he uses it for night walks. It's brighter than a flashlight, so it seems that he can take photos even at night. So, this time, I'll post some photos of my night walk.

In the old days, it was said that dogs had bad eyesight, so in the dark we were checking our position by smell. But nowadays, it is said that dogs' eyesight is not so bad.

Smell is of course important, but thanks to light, I can walk more comfortably.


It is the entrance of the children's park. It's pretty dark here. I should take care of my feet when walking.


It's right under the streetlight. It's bright here and you can see the surroundings well.


Today is a full moon and there is moonlight. I’m smelling some flowers.


I’m in front of a real estate building. The light leaks from the window and it is bright.
