There is a photography method called “Minimalist Photography”, which usually makes great use of negative space and employs sparse composition to center the subject and a strong idiosyncratic focus. Its artistic style is summed up by the phrase "less is more".

It sounds very difficult when written out like this, but the subject of my diary is me. Negative space is the blank area of the subject's background. In other words, I should be left alone, and the surrounding area should be a large blank space.

I don’t know much about minimalist photography, but Dad says, “There are many famous photographers who take minimalist photos, and if they take excellent minimalist photos, they have the potential to create masterpieces.''

A minimalist is someone who practices the “less is more” minimalism.

Japanese Zen influence this way of thinking.
Minimalists are sometimes referred to as those who follow a lifestyle of “living on the bare necessities, owning and keeping as few things as possible”. Marie Kondo, a well-known tidying consultant, is also a minimalist.

But I can’t understand the minimalist lifestyle. I sleep in my dog bed and wear clothes, but I don't mind if I lose them. Dogs are the ultimate minimalists, so I can't imagine a dog that isn't a minimalist.

Some humans seem to strive to be minimalists, but to me it seems very strange.
This time, I'll post 4 minimalist photos, so please think about which one is best.
To me, a minimalist photo looks like a boring photo with a small face.

① This is a slightly minimalist photo.

② This is a slightly more minimalist photo.

③ This is the most minimalist photo.

④ This is a photo that doesn't look very minimalist.
