In chapter 381: I saw two hobikisen(sailing boat), I talked about seeing two hobikisen on a sightseeing boat in Lake Kasumigaura.
From the sightseeing boat, we were able to see the windmill of Kasumigaura Comprehensive Park. In other words, if you climb the windmill at the park, you should be able to see hobikisen and sightseeing boats.
Dad confirmed this by climbing the windmill and taking some photos of hobikisen in the park.
October 1st is the one day a year when the hobikisen from Tsuchiura City, Kasumigaura City, and Namegata City operate together. During normal operation, only two hobikisen depart from Tsuchiura Port, but on this day, you should see six hobikisen.
So Dad made a plan to take another photo of the hobikisen.
On October 1st, Dad climbed the windmill at Lake Kasumigaura Comprehensive Park and set up his camera, but he couldn't get a good photo of the hobikisen.
On this day, somehow, the six hobikisen gathered near the Kasumigaura City Aquarium, and were very far away from the windmill.
Dad failed to take pictures of the six hobikisen, but he noticed Higanbana blooming in front of the windmill at the park.
So, on the next day, we went to Kasumigaura Comprehensive Park to see Higanbana.
