(193) Green lawn of Doho Park

Even in late August, the weather continues to be very hot, so we frequently go for a walk in the afternoon after dinner and when it cools down a bit.

Even at that time, the asphalt road around my house is still very hot, so Dad drives me to the usual walking park or Doho Park for a walk. The coolest place is the walking park. It's probably because it has a large pond. I sometimes get tired of walking in the same park all the time, so when it is cooler, we also walk in other parks like Doho Park.

The open space in Doho Park is filled with grass.

The maintenance of the lawn is difficult, and weeds such as plantains and clovers grow in the open space. I love playing with plantains and clovers, so I don't mind them. Of course, the most comfortable place to sit is on the lawn, though.

The other day, when we went to Doho Park, I noticed that the lawn in front of the pond was very well maintained. With almost no weeds, I thought it was the most beautiful park lawn in Tsukuba city.

So, I had Dad take commemorative photos of me.
The lawn in the photos were better than I expected, so I asked Dad to make some picture postcards.

① I like the lawn.

② I like the lawn and am lying on it.

③ I’m watching the sunset on the lawn.

④ I’m inside a picture postcard.

⑤ I’m inside another postcard.
