The Tsukuba Coffee Festival was held on November 18th and 19th, 2023 at Tsukuba Center Plaza for the first time in four years.
There, 18 home-roasted coffee shops participated, and you could sample about 50 types of coffee.
The highlight was the “Basic Drink Comparison Set'' (1,800 yen), which came with tickets for 3 cups of coffee and a Kasama ware mug. There was an extensive line to purchase this set.
I went to Tsukuba Center Plaza during the Festival, so I'd like to report on what was happening around there.
As part of the Tsukuba Art & Design Street 2023, “Roadside Animals'', "Fresco Ring'', "Shaped Bronze Sculptures Guided by Wax Cast Statues'', "Sun Burn," "Small Animal Exhibition," and "Dyed Japanese paper with a slogan 「Dye, paint, and connect Tsukuba」 " were on display around the Tsukuba Center Plaza.
I previously introduced ”Roadside Animals” in Chapter 386.
Besides the ”Roadside Animals”, the only exhibit I can have Dad take a photo with is the low-to-the ground "Fresco Ring," but let me briefly introduce the other exhibits, too.
