The windmill in the Windmill Park in Tsuchiura City, also known as “Dutch windmill”, is modeled after the windmills in the Netherlands.
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear the word “Holland” is “tulips”. Although not as much as Keukenhof Park, which is famous for its combination of tulips and the windmills, tulips are also planted around the windmill here. In spring, you can enjoy the combination of tulips and the windmill.
When you take a walk, it is incredibly beautiful.

You can see the stairs leading up to the windmill observation deck behind. Dogs are allowed to climb, but the steps are too steep for me to climb.
