In "Chapter 109: Non-Slip Mat", I reported that non-slip mats were installed in my living room.

These mats are great and recently I discovered that I could do floor exercises on the mats.
Now let me introduce my floor exercises to you.



① Well then, I'm going to start doing my exercises.



② First, I’ll start with the head.



③ Next, I’ll twist my body. Oh, it doesn't turn.



④ "Daddy, I’ve failed. I'll do it again."



⑤ First, I’ll start with the head.



⑥ Here, I’ll twist my body to roll-over.



⑦ Here, I’ll look up.



⑧ For the big finish, I’ll look straight up and strike a pose.
