On July 19, 2022, the travel information magazine “Jalan” announced the 2022 satisfaction ranking of roadside stations nationwide based on its own questionnaire. Michi-no-eki “Kawaba Denen Plaza” has been awarded first place in the 2022 Grand Prix. It was not even in the top 10 in the 2020 and 2021 national road station satisfaction rankings, so this year's breakthrough is significant.

From Tsukuba City, where we live, it takes about 3 hours one way to get to Kawaba Denen Plaza, including a break on the way, so we decided to make it an overnight trip.
Perhaps it was because it was recently featured on TV, but it was so crowded that we couldn't take it easy. The first selling point seemed to be the delicious restaurants and sweets, but unfortunately, I couldn't eat them.
In addition, on this day, the weather was fine, and the sun was strong, and there was little shade there. My lovely fur is strong against the cold but is weak against the heat.
