In chapter 403, I wrote that my favorite park for walking had become full of weeds, so, instead, I started going to Doho Park more often.
I'm very small, so when the weeds grow, they bury me and I can't take a walk.
So, I was looking forward to the weeds in my favorite walking park being cut.
The other day, we went to that park for the first time in a while, thinking, “It's about time for the weeds to finish being cut.'' However, when we arrived at the park, the weeds were in the middle of being cut.
Two trucks and a team of more than 10 workers were mowing the grass and cutting the weeds.
It was interesting to observe the extensive weed cutting process.
While mowing the grass, dust was flying up. When I inhaled it, I developed symptoms like hay fever, and I couldn't stop sneezing for a few days.
A few days later, when it rained and the dust cleared, we went to the park again and found that most of the weeds had disappeared.
In this chapter, I'll introduce the large-scale mowing process.
① We’ve arrived at our usual park. A truck was parked.
② The weeds near the row of ginkgo trees are gone.
③ I'm at the back of the truck. This truck has the same mechanics as a garbage truck.
④ I sensed danger and started running away from the truck.
⑤ I’m moving away from the truck at full speed.
⑥ The weeds on both sides of cherry tree avenue were also cut.
⑦ I’m walking along the avenue.
⑧ The weeds in the field next to the swing were also cut.
⑨ I’ll proceed further.
⑩ I'm at the foot of a tree on the field next to a swamp.
⑪ The weeds in the distance are also gone.
⑫ There are some traces of the grass being mowed here, but there is still some left to be mowed. I hope that they will come back and finish cutting these weeds soon.
⑬ We’ve come to the other side of the swamp. The weeds had been cut here, too.
⑭ A second truck is parked next to the administration building.
⑮ It's next to the parking lot. There are some weeds left, but the big weeds are gone.
