(349) Mont Blanc in Ishikiri Mountains
文字数 1,729文字
The quarry of "grantie in Inada (稲田みかげ石)" in Kasama City, where quarrying began around 1889, is commonly called "Ishikiri Mountains (石切山脈)".
The range is 6km north to south and 8km east to west.
Groundwater accumulates in places where quarrying has been stopped, and many people call the contrast between the vast rock wall and the lake a "superb view."
There are two outdoor exhibition areas and a cafe there. The cafe sells Mont Blanc cake, just like Rest Stop Kasama. Luckily, dogs are allowed in the exhibition areas, so we went to the Ishikiri Mountains.
For lunch, we ate at “Mori no Ishigama Bakery (森の石窯ベーカリー)”, which I introduced in "Chapter 295 Kasama Inari Shrine".
The next is the video of Montblanc being prepared.
