The windmill park has a Dutch style windmill, and the tulips in front of the windmill are very nice. However, tulips wither before the consecutive holidays in May. Petunias and marigolds are then planted in front of the windmill.
In June, petunia flowers started to bloom. I had my pictures taken with petunias in bloom. However, the petunia flowers are still small, so I thought it would be better to take pictures after the petunias grew a little bigger.
In July, I had my photos taken in front of the windmill. Petunias were growing big as expected. But there was an unexpected problem. The rainy season ended early this year, and it was extremely hot, so the photos showed my tongue sticking out. I prefer the photos taken in June. I think it would be impossible to have my photos taken in such hot weather.
Even in August, the days are still hot. However, there were only a couple of cool days, during which we went to the windmill park. This time, Dad was able to take pictures of me without my tongue sticking out. I'm wearing nice fur, so we'll just have to pick a cool day to get some good pictures.
