塩分2g以内に抑えた、簡単減塩レシピ ①えびと小松菜の卵とじ
(1人当たりの塩分 : 0.6g)
材料(2人分):
・卵 2個
・えび 大3尾
・酒 小さじ1
・小松菜 100g
・だし 3/4カップ
・塩 ひとつまみ
・醤油 小さじ1
・みりん 小さじ1/2
作り方:
1えびは殻をとり、背わたをとり、1.5cm幅に切って酒をからめる。
2小松菜は2cmの長さに切る。
3鍋にだしカップ¾, 塩少々、醤油小さじ1、みりん小さじ1/2を入れて煮たてる。
4汁気を切ったえびを入れ、ひと煮し、小松菜を加えてさっと煮る。
5卵を溶き、その鍋に回し入れ、蓋をし、火を止める。
コメント:オレンジ、黄色、緑色のカラフルな一品です。
Delicious low-salt recipe with less than 2g of salt
①prawns and komatsuna with eggs
(salt content 0.6g per person)
Ingredients (for 2 people):
・2 eggs
・3 large prawns(60g)
・sake 1 teaspoon
・komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)100g
・3/4 cup soup stock
・a pinch of salt
・1 teaspoon soy sauce
・1/2 teaspoon mirin (sweet sake)
How to make:
1 Shell and devein the prawns. Then cut into 1.5 cm wide pieces and coat with sake.
2 Cut the komatsuna into 2cm long pieces.
3 Add ¾ cup of dashi stock, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of mirin in a pot and bring to a boil.
4 Add the drained prawns, simmer for a while, then add the komatsuna and simmer briefly.
5 Beat the eggs and add to the pot, cover it, and turn off the heat.
Comments: This is a colorful dish with orange, yellow and green colors.
