apple & roasted sweet potato tart
材料(6人分)
タルト生地 バター 50g
砂糖 15g
薄力粉 110g
卵 1
オリーブ油 適量
フィリング りんご 100g
砂糖 20g
ドライレーズン 30g
焼き芋 250g
コアントロー 適量
Ingredients (6 servings)
◎Tart stand
butter 50g
sugar 15g
cake flour 110g
egg 1
olive oil appropriate amount
◎Filling
apple 100g
sugar 20g
dry raisins 30g
roasted sweet potato 250g
Cointreau appropriate amount
作り方
1 ボウルにバターを入れ、柔らかくし、砂糖、薄力粉、溶き卵を入れる。それを丸めてサランラップで包み、冷蔵庫で30分ねかせる。
2 1を取り出し、ラップで包んでめん棒で平らにし、オリーブ油を塗ったケーキ型にかぶせる。
3 フォークで何か所か、軽くつつき、180℃に予熱したオーブンで15分焼く。
4 りんごを細かく切り、鍋に入れる。砂糖、水、コアントローを加え、弱火で煮る。りんごが柔らかくなったら、レーズンを加え、火を止める。
5 タルト台に皮を剥いてつぶした焼き芋を乗せ、りんごを並べ、200℃に予熱したオーブンで25分位焼く。
How to make
1 Put the butter in a bowl, soften it, add the sugar, cake flour and a beaten egg. Then roll it, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2 Take out the tart base, and cover it with a wrap, flatten it with a rolling pin and cover an olive-oil-coated cake mold with it.
3 Poke several places with a fork and bake it in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 15 minutes.
4 Cut the apples into small pieces and put them in a pan. Add the sugar, water and Cointreau and heat over a low heat. When the apples are soft, add raisins and turn off the heat.
5 Spread the peeled and mashed roasted sweet potatoes on the tart base, line up the apples, and bake in an oven preheated to 200℃ for about 25 minutes.
