塩分2g以内に抑えた減塩レシピ㉞ 牡蠣のアヒージョ(1人当たりの塩分1.26g)
材料(2人分):
・牡蠣 大6個
・海老 2尾
・ブロッコリー 60g
・エリンギ 60g
・ミニトマト 4個
・赤唐辛子 輪切り 小さじ¼
★にんにく 2片
★こしょう 少々
★いりこだし 6g (塩分2.52g)
★オリーブ油 1カップ
作り方:
1牡蠣は、塩洗いし、キッチンペーパーで水気をとる。
(牡蠣を塩水で洗うことで、成分が溶け出さずに美味しくいただけます。)
2海老は背ワタと殻をとる。
3エリンギは、軸の部分は7mmの輪切り、カサの部分は縦に切る。ブロッコリーは、小房に分け、軽くゆでる。
4鍋に、★と赤唐辛子を入れ、弱火で熱し、にんにくの香りがしたら、ミニトマトを加え、4~5分煮る。
5牡蠣、海老、エリンギを加えて、中火にして、3~4分加熱し、ブロッコリーを加えてさっと煮て、火を止める。
コメント:多めに作った時には、翌日、スパゲッティの具材としても美味しくいただけます。
Reduced-salt recipe with less than 2g of salt ㉞ Oyster Ajillo (salt content per person 1.26g)
Ingredients (for 2 people):
・6 large oysters
・2 prawns
・60g broccoli
・60g Erinngi (King oyster mushroom)
・4 cherry tomatoes
・¼ tsp of red chili pepper flakes
★2 cloves of garlic
★a pinch of pepper
★6g of Iriko dashi (salt content 2.52g)
★1 cup of olive oil
How to make:
1 Wash the oysters with salt and dry them with paper total. (Washing oysters in saltwater keeps the oysters delicious without leaching out their constituents.)
2 Shell and devein the prawns.
3 Slice the stem of the Erinngi into 7 mm rounds, and cut the cap lengthwise. Separate the broccoli into florets and lightly boil.
4 Put the ★ and red chili peppers in a pot, heat over low heat, and when the garlic smells fragrant, add the cherry tomatoes and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
5 Add oysters, prawns and Elinngi, keep the heat set to medium, heat for 3-4 minutes, add the broccoli and simmer quickly, then turn off the heat.
Comment: If you make too much, you can serve it with spaghetti the next day.
