Then the doctor said,
すると主治医の先生は言った

“OK, OK, I understand!”
わわわわ、わかりましたわかりました！

But the doctor was no fool he looked closely at the pistol and said,
だけど先生はそのピストルを見てすぐに気付き、言った

“Oh, it’s a water pistol.”
ありゃりゃ、それは水鉄砲ですな

But do you see the liquid in the pistol?”
だがピストルの中の液体を何とお思いで？

“Oh, the color is…”
あ！　その色は…

“Well, yes.
お察しの通り

It’s pee! I’ve just collected from the toilet.”
私のおしっこです　さっきトイレで採取したものです

“OK. I understand!
わかりました！

どうぞ資料をお持ちください

or there will be a yellow stain
黄色のシミが付いたらかなわない

when you shoot pee on my white robe.”
白衣におしっこをかけられた日には

“OK. Give us all of the documents
ＯＫ　洗いざらいの資料を頂戴させていただきます

or I’ll shoot.”
さもなければ水鉄砲で撃ちますよ

“Yes. Yes.
はいはいはい

But I will remove the personal information.
だけど個人情報は消させていただきますよ

When this leaks, I must take full responsibility.”
外部に漏れたら責任問題だ

“Do as you please, sir.”

And after a while we received the documents.
それから少しして、ぼくらはその資料を受け取った

The doctor put excision specimen into an icebox.
主治医の先生はがんの切除標本を、アイスボックスに入れてくれていた

Then we thanked him and left the hospital.
それからぼくらは、主治医の先生にお礼を言ってから病院を後にした
