and finally reached the office and we entered.
そして医局へ着き、ぼくらは入った

In the office were a lot of desks and in the back was her one.
そこにはたくさんの机があり、奥の方に彼女のがあった

And she arranged two chairs and said,
そして二つの椅子を用意し、そして言った

“So what’s going on?”
それで、どういうお話ですか？

Then Doc opened the bag of documents including the patient’s record, CT, MRI,
それで茶トラ先生はカルテやＣＴ、ＭＲＩの入ったバッグを開け

and opened the icebox to show the specimen and pathological report.
それからアイスボックスを開け、切除標本と病理医のレポートを示した

He spoke in such a technical manner
茶トラ先生の話がとても専門的で

and I couldn’t understand very well.
ぼくにはあまりよく分からなかった

And I felt that Doc really was a doctor.
そしてぼくは、やっぱり茶トラ先生はお医者さんなんだと思った

While Doc and Arisa discussed about the illness,
それから茶トラ先生と妹が、デビルのお母さんの病気について話していると

some young doctors or medical students who were listening to their discussion
話を聞いていた若いお医者さんや医学生が

gathered around them.
まわりに集まった

Then Arisa suggested to go to a conference room so we did.
