‘Bang!’

and the aircraft was broken into pieces on the runway.
そして飛行機は滑走路上で木端微塵

So the staff hurried to the crash site
それでスタッフが墜落現場へ急行

shouting “Oh my god!”
「何たること！」と叫びながら

and soon after that, they tried to investigate why the plane crashed.
その直後、事故調査委員会発足

But they concluded that
しかし彼らは結論付けた

the cause of the accident was ‘unidentified’.
事故原因は「不明」

Then the cleanup of the site was over
それから事故現場の後片付けも終わり

and one of the staff walked to the executives and said,
スタッフがお偉いさんに歩み寄り言った

“We’re so sorry showing you such a terrible…he’ll manage next time.”
酷いフライトで…、申し訳ございません。ええ～、次はちゃんと飛ばします

Then walked to me and said,
そしてぼくに歩み寄り

“Fly it properly!”,
「頼むよ！」

then another one of the staff started the engine of the aircraft ‘No.2’
それから別のスタッフが２号機のエンジンスタート

I could hear the sound of engine again.
もう一度エンジンの音が聞こえ

And I controlled the aircraft taxiing to the end of the runway once again.
ぼくはまた滑走路端まで誘導した

I could do it a little better since it was the second time.
二回目だからちょっと上手にできた

And I unhesitatingly moved the stick to the maximum,
そしてとりあえずエンジン全開にしてみた

so the engine began to roar,
するとエンジンがうなり

and the aircraft reached great speed in an instant, once again.
またあっという間に物凄い速度

Then I moved the stick and the aircraft flied in a loop once again.
スティックを引くと再び飛行機は宙返り

I watched it for a while,
その様子をしばらく見てから

then I moved the stick by chance
気まぐれにスティックを動かしてみた

from full-up position to neutral position
機首上げから水平へ

to let the aircraft fly in a straight line once again.
結果として飛行機は「まっすぐ」飛び始めた

And at that moment,
そしてそのとき

the aircraft was flying in a loop
飛行機は宙返り中で

in clockwise direction
時計回りに

and it was just passing through ‘9 o’clock’ position.
ちょうど９時の位置を通過中

So the aircraft flew vertically to the sky.
それで飛行機は（ロケットみたいに）垂直上昇を開始

Oh, what power!
すげえパワー！

I looked at the aircraft in great astonishment.
ぼくはぶったまげて見ていた

And soon after that,
そしてその直後

the aircraft went into the clouds
飛行機は雲に入り

and was impossible to see.
消えた

Then I was watching the clouds vacantly
それからぼくは、ぼけーっと雲を見ていた

wondering what would happen
どうなるんだろう♪って

while the aircraft seemed to turn in the cloud,
すると飛行機は雲の中でいつのまにか向きが変わったみたい

and it appeared flying vertically to the earth once again
するともう一度まっすぐ地球へ向かって「飛んだ」

with maximum power.
エンジン全開で

And the gravity found by Dr. Newton
ニュートン先生の万有引力の法則も絡んでいたし

pulled the aircraft to the earth
引力で地球へおびき寄せられ

to let the aircraft fly even faster.
そういうわけでさらに速度が凄かった

‘Keeeeeen!’ “Smash!”
「キ～～～～～ン！」「どかぁ～～～～ん！」

And the aircraft crashed,
飛行機は墜落

unfortunately,
よりによって

just in front of where the executives were sitting.
