Then we arrived at the hospital.
それから大学病院に着き

And we walked down the corridor and so forth
廊下を歩き…

again to reach the office.
もう一度あの医局に着いた

“This building had not been rebuilt
病院の建物はあのときのままだし

and it was almost the same inside as it was twenty five years ago.
中も２５年前とあまり変わってないの

I’ll go get him.”
彼を連れて来る

And soon after,
それから少しして

she returned accompanied by a person
それから妹がある人を連れてきた

who was younger than she
妹よりも若くて

and seemed to be in his mid-forties,
４０台半ばくらいで

and he was carrying a box.
そして箱を持っていた

And I soon recognized him.
その人を見て、ぼくはすぐに分かった

He was the medical student
彼は医学生だった

twenty five years ago…
２５年前…

though it was just ‘yesterday’ for me.
ぼくにとっては「昨日」だけど

And I remembered his words…
そしてぼくはその人の言葉を思い出した…

“Hey, you must give me all the documents
資料を全部よこすんだ

or I’ll beat the crap out of you!”
